This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which IntelliMuse Development Team collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (referred to as "Users" or "you") of the Intellimuse app (referred to as the "App"). This Privacy Policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by IntelliMuse Development Team.

1. Information Collection and Usage

1.1. Personal Information

The Intellimuse app collects and stores the User's name and email address upon registration. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing personalized experiences and communication related to the App.

1.2. Voice Recordings

The Intellimuse app may enable Users to record their voice for interaction with the AI personas. These voice recordings are not shared with anyone and are only accessible to the developers of Intellimuse and the User themselves. We do not send the Users' information or voice recordings to any third-party companies.

2. Third-Party APIs

2.1. ChatGPT API

The Intellimuse app utilizes the ChatGPT API to facilitate interactive conversations with the AI personas. Each User will have their own API key for ChatGPT, and IntelliMuse Development Team does not control or have access to the data processed by OpenAI's ChatGPT API. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy to understand how they handle and process the data generated through their API.

2.2. Google TTS API

The Intellimuse app may use the Google Text-to-Speech (TTS) API to convert text into speech for the AI personas' responses. The voice recordings generated through the Google TTS API are not associated with the User's personal information, and IntelliMuse Development Team does not share the User's information with Google or any other third-party companies for this purpose.

3. Information Protection

3.1. Data Security

IntelliMuse Development Team implements appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal information, including the User's name, email address, and voice recordings.

4. Changes to this Privacy Policy

IntelliMuse Development Team has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes and to stay informed about how we are protecting the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

5. Your Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Intellimuse app, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
